Does anyone know of any self storage brokers in Pittsburgh? I currently own one facility and have a second under contract, and would like to build relationships with reputable brokers in the area.

I closed on my first self storage facility at the end of April that has been run by a manager using spreadsheets, and I’m considering converting everything to an online management platform. It seems to me that the two best options would be SiteLink or ESS. Is there one that you would recommend over the other? Thanks!

@Michael Wagner thanks! The facility I own is about an hour from where I live, and I have a local realtor helping me manage the property. The second facility I am looking at is about 20 minutes from where I live, and I plan to self-manage with the help of ESS if a deal comes together.

I closed on my first facility at the end of April and am in discussions to purchase my second facility. I own other residential and commercial rentals, but so far I have enjoyed self-storage the most. I think it’s a fascinating niche, and I’m eager to continue learning and growing.
