Arden Gist I currently have two single-family rentals, and I am looking at my first duplex. This will be my third property in just under three years. I have successfully managed my first two properties and have a full-time job to help cover expenses if needed.

I am considering investing in a vacation rental property. I was originally looking into purchasing s property on a golf course in Myrtle Beach, rather than oceanfront, in order to cater toward golfers with the thought of extending the rental season slightly. Now I am reconsidering the location and was wondering where other people have had success with vacation rentals. Thanks!
