I am a young real estate investor looking to expand my real estate holdings in order to eventually make real estate my full-time career. I would love to network with experienced investors who could help guide me as I grow my real estate business.

Ever since I started my real estate career, I've wanted to buy properties in college towns and rent them to students. My partners and I have an opportunity to buy a property, but they seem hesitant since they're new in real estate. Does anyone have any strong feelings good or bad about student housing?
