Hi @David Lee Hall, III, let's connect. I don't personally own any investments in Washington, PA, but have friends that do. I'm happy to connect you with them after we have a chance to chat.

All the best,

Gabe

Hello @Brandon Johnson I did a 203k loan for my first house hack. I'm happy to chat with you about it. In short, it can absolutely be a great strategy if you're up for it. There is quite a bit of red tape you will need to wade through in order to succeed. Send me a direct message, and we can set up a time to chat if you'd like.

@John Earl Shaird II Congrats on making the decision to invest in real estate. It sounds like you're thinking well about the pieces you'll need to succeed. You definitely need to assemble a team! I would encourage your friend to begin networking at investor meetups in the Pittsburgh area. Anyone can look impressive online, but meeting face-to-face is a great way to determine if a person knows what they are talking about - and if you trust them.

I'm hosting a real estate networking event this week in the Pittsburgh area if your buddy is free (Weds 7-9). Feel free to message me to connect.

Also, I'd be happy to chat with you about sourcing deals and rounding out your team. I've had to do that for the last decade on my own properties in the Pittsburgh area, and think I can help.

@Will Haines It sounds like you have many of the ingredients needed to get started. You're correct to realize your need for a good company though.

I ran my family's property management company for the last decade because we couldn't find someone we believed could do a better job than us. Then we met Home365, and we recently turned our entire portfolio over to them to manage. I'd be happy to chat with you about them if you're interested.

@Miranda Micire Same for you. Message me if you'd like to chat about PM stuff. I'm happy to help.

Hello Donyell,

Does your seller need to evict someone in order to sell the property? Where does the constable come in here?
