The next Pittsburgh REIA Commercial Real Estate Group Monthly Meeting will be held on MONDAY, March 7th!

(PLEASE NOTE: We normally meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, but there is a conflict for that Tuesday, so we are meeting on Monday night for this month only.)

This month's guest speaker will be Jeri Lucco, Owner/Founder of ATD Business Consulting (dba of Franchise Business Source) – "The #1 Authority for Successful Franchise Business Acquisition".

Prospective and existing business owners, commercial real estate owners, and investors will benefit from attending this meeting.

Jeri will talk to us about:

1) How to buy a franchise business

2) Trends affecting small businesses

3) Investment opportunities for owner operators and/or private investors

4) Opportunities for developers to build or to redevelop commercial properties and lease back options.

As we do in every meeting, we will also have our roundtable discussion following our conversation with our guest speaker. This meeting is intended to help you move forward, to complete transactions, and help you accomplish your goals.
