Im new to real estate and have acquired a vast knowledge and am ready to pull the trigger and start looking for my first deal! Currently looking for a mentor that can guide me and help maximize my skills and general knowledge and point me in the right direction. I have some capitol and reserves. Currently trying to get pre approved and getting all required documents in order. Looking for sub to, seller finance, novation agreements, and anything under market and a property i can buy equity and appreciation the day i close. Properties in a good appreciated location needing light rehab. Buy right is the key. Goal is to buy a multi unit with traditional fha and or fha 203k. Any leads and general knowledge would be greatly appreciated
