@Matthew Cramner I know the struggle of concussions all too well, but I am glad you are able to focus your energy on in a positive way! Ask away if you have any questions you have an entire community to help you out. Cheers!

@Shawn Hershberger You are on the right track with consistency. I would try to mail right away and continue mailing for 6-8 touches. Sending a new mailer every 4-5 weeks is a good frequency. Make sure to be very intentional with the content as it is a sensitive time for people. Look into @Sharon Vornholt's podcast/blog she is the expert in the field.

If you have any other questions or want more input from me please feel free to reach out. I am happy to help.

Cheers!

By Hey BP!

Direct Mail Tip: Use Tracking Numbers!

By tracking responses with phone numbers, you can find out which lead lists is performing best!

A tracking number is a unique phone number assigned to a specific list type. This method allows you to track results and gauge the success of your lists.

For example if you assign the number 978-269-1234 to your absentee list, and 978-269-5678 to your probate list and all of the responses are coming from the probate number, then you know that you should be investing more of your money and time to that list!

If you have any questions give us a call at 978-269-0245

@Deangelo Mack if you literally have a handful I would recommend not outsourcing. Instead just type or hand write a letter and send them to your prospects on your own. It may take a little but of time but unless you have a few hundred leads it is probably a better save money and do it on your own. You could also gather phone numbers and try calling them that is another option.

Cheers and good luck.

@Brian Washburn For mailing size if you are just getting started I would say to start with between 500-1000 leads and mail to them every month. If you are sending postcards I would say to start with 1000-3000 just so you have the numbers on your side. If you want to go into more specifics feel free to message me.

Cheers!
