@Nick Naik Typically the more difficult it is to get a list the better it is. So Pulling from Listsource is a good quick way to pull leads but that list may be more competitive. If you pull from LS just be sure to scrub the list and make sure your criteria is very specific to what you want. Also keep in mind direct mail is about consistency so be sure to budget for multiple touches. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers!

Direct Marketing Tip: Test out different mailer types! Try using a variation of professional letter, postcards, handwritten letters, and flyers to see what your prospects respond to the best. If you want recommendations on where to start give me a call at 978-269-0245 and check out our array of mailers on our website

@Alvaro Rodriguez Use the driving for dollars app. You can pin rundown houses and export data. That's my recommendation. You can find leads through platforms like Listsource as well and you can look through public records to bulk up your list as well (as others have commented).

Good luck :)

Hey @Cleotha Euwins It really depends on budget.  It comes down to time vs money. If you have more money then setting up a direct mail campaign and getting it automated is the way to go. If your budget is tight then you can drive for dollars, cold call and find deals in other ways.

If you do want to go the direct mail route let me know and I can give you some more information on how to get started.

Cheers!

Hey @Brett Kash I can answer a few of these questions.

1. Letter and postcards both have their place. If you have a niche list of fewer than 1000 leads I will always recommend letters. Postcards are really good for high quantity because they are less expensive and you can get in front of more people at a lower cost. If you have a more niche list then you should send letters. They are more sturdy and tend to get a better response rate so it is worth the price. ***Tip: You can also try a Trifiold flyer if you want to test a mailer that is really unique as well.

2. This depends on your market and your company goals and strategy. If you want criteria templates I can send you some separately but it will depend on what your goals are.

3. There are a lot of options. One go to would be listsource. You can also drive for dollars or pull from public records to get lists.

4. Depends on budget but I would say you want to base this number on what you can mail to consistently for at least 5 to 6 touches. I wouldn't start with anything less than 500.

I would be happy to discuss more if you want to message me or give me a call.

Cheers!

@Lynne Garris I will message you with a recommendation to get phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses through skip tracing :) I would say that you should layer your direct mail and other forms of marking like ringless voice mail or cold calling.

What is your quantity. You can for sure get a lower price than 1.44 I am sure but typically it depends on how many mailers you are sending. I will message you to chat more. Cheers!
