@Alex Marco Well to be completely transparent I personally am not an investor, but rather a marketing expert of sorts :) So instead of overcoming issues with inconsistencies myself I do my best to help others with their marketing problems. To answer your question...maintaining a good follow up process is where I see the most people needing help.

@Jeff Johnson Layering multiple tactics tends to work well. For example Direct mail and Ringless voicemail, or something of that nature. If you want to talk strategy more hit me up. Cheers!

@Alex Marco I find that lack of consistency can become a problem with marketing a lot of times. If you dont maintain a constant marketing strategy whether that is direct mail, cold calling. or any other form of marketing you will stunt your efforts drastically.
