What are people buying these days. Bought Bitcoin, ether, cardano and chain link. Looking at aave and polkadot due to inlay with ether

Thank you for the info guys. I’m confused about one of the responses. It mentions 500k is the price range but then mentions  $300k but add another 10-30%. That’s not $500k. Just some clarification please.

Im wondering if anyone has seen decent homes for under 350K for buy and hold? Im looking for buy and hold but if a fix/flip came my way Id be inclined. Does anyone have a connection with an agent or wholesale that can do the leg work? Plz pm me.

Also, was looking a new home builds in Austin TX or surrounding areas. Any thoughts guys and gals?

Makes better sense when you put it that way. Ill be in touch Brian.

I was debating on transferring my 401k to a SDIRA (with a trust or LLC) and it seems like there's mixed opinions. One person said they would never invest in RE using a SDIRA but never stated a reason why. I understand the the SDIRA gives you more options as far as investing in crypto, notes REIT, precious metals, etc, but has anyone had any experience in which they can say they would go with SDIRA due to more options and better returns. How liqiud is the SDIRA if I needed to use the funds for emergency?

I hear what people are saying but it seems that there's is some viability here when it comes to crypto. A simple analogy. Many states have legalized marijuana not necessarily because it may serve a medicinal purpose....but its about money. I feel crypto is the same thing. Banks/politicians don't like competition but whether your for it or against it, if money can be made then it will sustain the ride. Lets be honest...govt  just wants their piece of the pie. If certain political factions,. special interest groups, banks, etc see a way to make money off crypto they will find a way to make it work.

Thoughts?

Thank you for the info guys. Question for Taylor: Why would you not buy RE with SDIRA?

I have a two part question.

1. If I understand the SDIRA, without an LLC I have to wait for the custodian to approve a transaction in addition to them charging me fees..correct?

If that's the case is there a reason not to have an LLC?

2. If I purchase an income property and collect rents, can I take those rents and use them to pay down the investment home or use them in another manner or do they have to sit until disbursement at 59 1/2 year?

Any SDIRA providers in Sacramento Ca area
