THis is my first mailing and I got my list from Listability. basically Absentee owners with high equity.  They are still coming in!

Sorry guys for the late response. I thought I was getting notified whenever someone responded...I guess not.As of today I am around 50 ( that is how many I did a rough count of) responses. I never expected that many. I was only able to get to about 10 so far due to some things that I had to take care of over the weekend,  Out of those 10 I have one potential deal so far. I will follow up with the rest on Monday/Tues.  I want to get them all done before they forget about me or are not motivated anymore. I do strictly absentee owners and I use a specific postcard my mentor/coach gave me.  I still have another 1200 or so owners to mail to but I will wait till I get through my initial list. 

Im up to about 40 now. Today will be really busy for me!

Outsourcing. No way I can do that many. I tried but it takes too much of my time when I can be doing other things

I did my first postcard campaign that went out Tuesday and so far I have had 25 out of 900 call me back and a lot of the sound motivated. It went straight to my VM but I Will call them all back tomorrow. This is exciting!

Since I cannot get a Google voice number fo rmy local area, I had to but one. Its not expensive but it can only receive incoming calls.  Do you think it would be weird or something when I call the owners back from a different number than where they called?
