What would be the best way to network in a new area before you get there? I am a few months out from moving but I want to network before I get there. 

I will be in Columbia in a few months and looking to connect with any investors there. I am currently doing wholesale and Lease Options.

How is it going. There is a REiA group and FB page for Wichita Falls REIAs. I don't there is a meeting this month though due to the holidays.

I have a problem. I have 2 houses ghat I want to put under contract. The problem is I Am in a very small town and there are no buyers here ( that I know of) that buy in those areas. Both of the properties are not in bad neighborhoods ...they are borderline to being in a warzone. Both are really good deals but I am afraid I will not be able to assign them.  What should i do? Put them under contract and then try to find a buyer???

thanks. Yea the military does not protect him but there are laws that provide him some relief/protection of you are forced to move without notice. 

I have a seller that wants to get from under their house. It is currently vacant and they are behind on their payments. Since they are in the military and had to move quickly, they are protected from being foreclosed on.  Its valued at $110,000 and they owe around $90,000. I do not have the exact payoff yet ( wont get that until) tomorrow. My question is, what can you do when a person is behind on payments? The house does not need anywork ( his mother used to live there but recently moved.
