Josh  I have been meaning to contact you.  I have been thinking about calling FSBOs and I will do that next week. 

Right now I have a few buyers and I am actively searching in the areas they prefer to buy in ( I have a database of the best areas) but I am also staying away from the bad areas ( eastside etc.)

I just started my Wholesaling Business in Wichita Falls Tx. and I am looking for some marketing ideas or if what I am doing is good... 

So far I have started my direct mail campaign, I have been driving for dollars daily, ordered business cards, Networked with a few Rehabbers in the area ( still looking for more). Networked with a few Realtors, Title companies and also have a lawyer and CPa on my team. I have also started my online marketing and just ordered a company logo. 

I just ordered some business cards and I think I might get some T-Shirts and Polo Shirts made with my company logo. I am also thinking about getting car magnets with my company logo as well. 

I am not too sure about Bandit signs yet...still going back and forth on that one.

So what do you think I should do different or what am I missing? I want maximum exposure

So what would you guys suggest I do? I have good credit and not much cash. I was looking into wholesaling but there are not many investors in the area. I would like to but some rental properties.

It was pretty extensive....It basically said that any house that I buy it had to be through him and his company unless it via a private owner. It is for 6 months

Hey guys I have a question. I have been trying to break into REI and I have been working with another investor who is "helping" me. I am just not sure how genuine he is. First he had sign a contract so he can be my buyers agent ( he is also a real estate agent). I told him that I wasnt interested in using all my savings to invest but i dont think he listens. He wanted to sell me a house he had listed that would require 12k in repairs. When i told him didnt want to buy that he offered to sell me one of his houses that he owned. He also suggested that I use my VA loan to buy a house and suggested that I go through his spouse ( who works for a mortage company). I dont know if I am being overly suspicious or what. So what do you guys think?
