Hi@Andre Jones,

Dave beach is a remax realtor in Franklinville area. He has rental properties himself and has been very helpful for me. I'mure he could help you.

Thanks @Account Closed,

I'm already in the middle of rehabbing a duplex in Malaga now. And after that I'm going to be concentrating on acquiring a larger multi family building (maybe 5 to 30 units). It probably wont happen for at least a few months but if you send me your contact info, I'll absolutely get you to come out and take a look.

Thanks again

Mark

Post: Home Equity Loan or HELOC on a rental property in New Jersey?

Hi @Marybeth K.,

I don't know if this will help, but I was looking for the same thing a few months ago. I went to TD bank where I have a Heloc on my own home but they wouldn't do anything for a rental. I then went to a local bank (Newfield National Bank) and they gave me a commercial line of credit on one of my properties. They even said I could get a one lump sum line of credit using all my properties as collateral, which I intend to do so that i could invest in a multi family building.

I'll have to pay for appraisals of all the properties and they charge an annual fee of $250, but with a large line of credit I'll be able to act fast when I find the multi family deal.

Hey @Account Closed,

I do some investing in rentals in franklinville/malaga area. Not looking to fix and flip. Does your company do rehab work to make homes rent ready? And do you work on larger 10 to 20 unit apartment buildings?

Hey Francesco,

How do you get that monthly report from CBRE? Do they have a mailing list? I'm looking more for south Jersey.

Hello Jason,

I dont know it this will help because I live in south Jersey, Quite a distance from you. But I own 15 doors here and Cumberland Insurance Group gave me a commercial policy that covers all of them. I used to insure them separately but I'm saving about $3000.00 a year by putting them all into one commercial policy.

Hi Jason,

Thanks so much for the info. If I come across any other sources, I'll keep you in the loop.

I'll call the assessor tomorrow. Did you get detailed info from them, such as out of state owners, or number of units. I'm wondering how much info they have.

Hey Jason, Im a small investor in south jersey, and you asked the same question thats been on my mind. I'll be following this post for sure. If there is anyone out there in the BP community that can help it would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching the net but cant seem too find a way to get the list of multi family property owners period. All the other criteria is a big bonus. Can anyone tell me the name of a good listing service or VA that could get the job done?

I'm looking for information about buying from auction.com. I've seen a few properties listed on Zillow that are being sold by auction.com. Just wondering if anyone can tell me their experiences, good or bad with buying at auction. Thanks
