Shopping for an investor friendly agent in south Jersey
I am looking for an investor friendly real estate agent who specialize in the areas of Camden, Gloucester, and Cumberland county. I'm not familiar with the Camden or Gloucester County area but think it will be a great choice for me, since it's not too far from my place of work in Trenton.
Now my plan is to live in the house no longer than a year and use it as a rental property. I'm not looking to rehab however minor cosmetic work is ok, but would prefer it to be turnkey ready.
I have my finances in place, with an existing property to rent with a signed lease agreement, and could therefore proceed with buying a house with a tenant in place very quickly.
If you could be of assistance to me in fulfilling this plan please reply.
Thanks!
