I purchased my first home back in 2008 and really wasn't aware of the potential of REI until maybe last year. My ideology of of making great ROI was in the start so that I did and ended up taking some losses along the way. Once I discovered and learned more about REI I developed a plan on becoming financially independent through investing in buy and hold real estate. Now the what seems to be the hard part is getting started which I hope to gain some great insight from the BP family.
