Hey Brenda,

Yes that is very common to be asked, as it is common for the seller to ask for POF.

Hey Alex,

You could rent it by Room. Many markets rent only by rooms and not the whole unit.

Quote from @Aditya Kohli:

Hey all,

Starting to pivot from STR to MTR strategy for my 3Bed 2 bath house (close proximity to 1-2 big hospitals ). I have been on furnished finder and started to talk to travel nurses but mostly find 1 or 2 nurses traveling at a time and my pricing is slightly beyond their budget. Any tips on how can i find a bigger group to rent to on monthly basis ?

Hey Aditya the first thing I would do is search your local market to see if there is demand for MTR. Maybe where you live makes more sense STR or even long-term rentals.

There are some places that MTR are more in the demand than others.

Hey Andrew Bosco those are solid due diligence!

Also, I would add to your list search on Indeed for job posts like traveling nurses, etc.

Hey Varun,

You can find an agent in the local market that can help you with your requirements.

On the top menu FIND AN AGENT you will be able to connect with some local agents that can help you.

Hey Malcom,

Under FIND AN AGENT on the top menu I am pretty sure you can find an agent in the specific area that you are looking for.

All the agents listed here are investor friendly and most of them invest so you will be in good hands

Hey Alejandro,

You are right Miami is a hot market and a hot destination for STRs.

I would advise you to do your due diligence before committing to anything. There are some areas of Miami that have heavy regulations or they don't allow STR.
