Check with the local municipalities of where you're thinking about investing, they may have crime data that you can access.

I'm going thru a spreadsheet of all crime from the city of Phoenix, to identify areas I don't want to invest in, and the areas with really high murders etc I'm going to stay out of, are there other criteria I should use as well? Thanks and happy Mother's Day!

I guess one thing I'm looking to understand is there a certain property type that is most in demand for Section 8 landlords/tennants?

Thanks Doug, I'm new to RE, currently looking to source deals/wholesale/partner with Section 8 operators, and build up capital so I can start buying my own rentals.

This is a niche I'm interested in, and want to connect with local investors in Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, Peoria, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tempe, and W Valley who are active in this niche. I'd love to find deals and ways to partner and/or bring other value to your operation. Please don't hesitate to reach out, thanks and have a great weekend!

Back in 2013 I sourced some deals as a bird dog for a local SFR wholesale company.

I've also done my own direct mail campaigns, coordinated transactions, and arranged mobile notaries for when I was investing in vacant land.

I'm using this year to build capital and get into flipping mobile homes, but I'm open to supporting in any niche, so if you're looking for a bird dog for any type of asset, or want assistance in some other form, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Thanks, I'm enjoying your channel and Chad's, I'll check out Tyler's too.

I'm curious about the markets near me and how the prices for small 5 - 10 unit properties are trending. Is there a source I can use to see this info?

@Remington Moore were you able to solve this problem?
