Another quick question i have it what is a good startup price for your wholesaling business?

sorry i have limited credit since i just turn 18 a few months ago. Does this make a big difference with the advice your giving me ?

Is it through wholesaling, rehabbing, agent/broker, shortsaling? And is it better to buy subject to or through options when you do not have good credit and money?

decisions decisions decisions! you all make such conflicting points, however i've paid for the course already and once its completed im not required to take the administered exam so i got alittle more time to think about it

yea exactly. Wow really carrying a pistol? thats ridiculous. but if it pays, then its worth it... in most situations!

thanks i've done some driving around already mainly looking at abandoned and condemned houses. But their really not realistic investments in this market and in that part of the city. I'm going to check the local schedule for open houses right now. I'll let yall know how it went for me . thanks again.
