Innago would be a similar alternative, uses a similar free pricing model and has a lot if not more features than Cozy offers. 

Welcome to Biggerpockets! I personally am into crypto as well, I think diversifying is a great idea. Going the property manager route while living abroad makes sense, but using a good property management software program can make it easier too. Best of luck!

There are a lot of REIAs in southern FL. Most of them will have virtual meetups right now, so it may not need to be limited to ones around Port St Lucia.

It is definitely do-able if you have the right processes, people, and software in place. I would recommend a pm you are comfortable with, whether that is the one your friends uses or not. There are tons of PMs that manage more than one property for multiple clients, so there shouldn't be an issue but you can always ask your friend too.
