Hello Everyone,

I am Jared Kelley a newish real estate agent at Keller Williams Temecula Valley. I had some questions for anyone in the area about REI for wholesaling, BRRRR, fix and flips, multifamily, or anything of the sort. I have connections with a few investors in this area and in SD area as well as a few connections with contractors.
