@Amad Osman they are not discontinuing rent collection, they are transferring it to Apartments.com and have been doing that for all of 2021. They seem to have transitioned properties in groups. Mine moved over three months ago and I have had two months rent collected through Apartments with no issue. You and your tenant do not need to do anything, other than login to a different website. I didn't have a single tenant complain about it.

Apartments also lists properties for free and has considerably more traffic than Cozy ever had. You can also accept applications and do credit / background checks trough their website. Feel free to change to a different company, but if you do nothing, Apartments will do everything you mentioned without having to setup anything new.
