Hey everybody! 

I have a cabin near Pigeon Forge under contract and am hoping to get some insights regarding security deposits for short term rentals. What do you typically hold for security deposit? I am using Your Porter for a PMS  with their direct booking site and will also be listed on AirBnB and VRBO.

@Avery Carl That's what I was thinking. YourPorter seems to be my best option with a direct booking website. What do you think?

@Valerie Rogers Would you recommend OwnerRez for an owner with only one STR and would like to incorporate direct bookings into their business? Also, does OwnerRez integrate with PriceLabs? And does it sync calendars with AirBnb, VRBO and direct booking website?

@Jeremy Anhalt We did a showing for $1,300 and they didn't bat an eye. Writing up the lease now!

They were quoted through a broker in TN for a STR in the smokies. So, I guess they are in the market here now. One other broker is quoting through them too.
