You guys rock! Thanks for all of your responses. This is for an upper B class property and I’m in it for the long haul. And based on the consensus responses, I’m thinking I’ll go with a Kohler. We went with Kohler for our shower head and faucets as well.

@Justin Anderson I have to agree based on what I have seen. There is a much longer season in the Smokies which obviously boosts revenues higher than the seasonal destinations. I numbers look good, almost too good. That is why I am asking around to make sure I am not missing something.

My wife and I are looking to diversify our portfolio and are considering short term rentals. We focus on cash flow and cash on cash return. Appreciation is a plus.

What vacation markets have you found to offer the best cash flow and cash on cash return? We are currently looking at the Smoky Mountains but are open to other markets as well.
