I also avoid winter months. I actually shortened a lease November-August so I don’t have to try and find tenants in winter if they don’t renew.

Hey BP!

I am taking my Wisconsin realtor exam in the next couple weeks and am looking for an investor friendly brokerage firm. I live 30 miles north of Milwaukee and plan to work in the greater Milwaukee market. Any recommendations for firms in the area that offer good training and are investor friendly?

Thanks!

Luke Nelsen

I invest in WI as well. I have used eforms.com. You can get a free week trial per email address and It's super easy to navigate. However just a heads up, I have not had a lawyer look it over.
