Vacation rental management software

Hey everyone,

I know we have a lot of folks on here with a lot of experience managing short term rentals. I have been in the business for about 3 years. I have 6 units in Colorado. I am looking for some help with automation software recommendations.

I currently use Smartbnb for all my message management and they have been great. They lack the backend of a true PMS and don’t have a direct booking website. I also use pricelabs for my smart pricing recommendations. These have worked pretty well as a small operator but I want to build more of a functioning business and add more units.

Any recommendations of great software that doesn’t break the bank?

SmartBnb for life! That software has saved us so much time. Another thing we did to help systematize was to set up automatic Amazon deliveries once every three months with everything we need to resupply our STRs (TP, paper towels, K-cups, air fresheners, soap, shampoo, ect..).
