Hi Kelsy

Someone left sun glasses on the table last night.

If anyone contacts you about this, please give them my cell and it will be handled!

Take care,

Lori

Can you get owner financing? Or only bank loans. If you have an Umpqua Bank. They seem to be loaning out more than others. Or like Adrian Stamer said, small local banks are more willing to help local people on local deals. Question, did you have to beat out other offers? Just hope you didn't go to high.

I put $10 down on a $800,000 deal!

Of course I deal with the owners only.

Sounds like you're on the right track!

All I can say is Seattle market is insane!!! Thats good and bad. Some sellers are waking up to the idea of making more, demanding more for their crappy houses! lol  Others don't have a clue and you can get them for a reasonable price. I do more wholesaling and lease options. Sorry for the investors in the struggling states.

Where are your properties and why don't you have a picture?

People want to see you or they can look at this as a scam.

Do you have contracts yet?

WFG Title and Escrow is a good company. If they are not in that area, check with others in here what companies they use that are investor/wholesale friendly. All title/escrow companies are not equal! Some won't do wholesale deals because they don't understand them. I work with out of state transactions also.

WOOHOO!!!!!!

It's so great to be a part of something thats growing so fast!!!

Proud of you guys and thank you for being here for us!!!

The meet up tonight was outstanding!

Thanks to Brandon and Heather for coming out and being the face of BP!

Couldn't stop smiling with all the stories and new friendships made.

Not to mention the networking! Maybe made a commercial deal tonight!

I'm really glad efforts are being made to have these every month some where around the Puget Sound!
