Hey, I am a wholesaler with Commercial properties from $13 Million to $1 Billion In many markets in the United States. Any tips on finding investors? I could use the help.

 The first line of your post says it all.  You will find that being the fifth broker shuffling paper and emails on fantasy billion dollar deals to be a very unprofitable waste of time.  It's called a daisy chain. And no one qualified to buy a property will even talk to you.  Just pretenders fantasizing with other pretenders. If it didn't suck in the naive to such a great degree it would be funny.
