Do you have comps I can see that justify the price?

I don't understand the price? Everything around it is in the low $100's or lower. Some have more square footage. What is your guess on rehab costs? Are you marketing this as a realtor or wholesaling?

Funny I used to live in Wenatchee. Yes, the prices are better everywhere outside of Seattle in Washington! So, with regards to investing, what areas are you wanting to grow in? Buy and hold, wholesaling, flipping, commercial, land, being the bank?
