From what I've been told, you must have established credit and credit history here in the US or be a US citizen in a foreign country with US credit.

However, I'm not a lender, lawyer, cpa, or broker. You should get clarification from whomever you seek financing from.

Welcome to BP! This is a great start to join the community here.  Also, I'd like to recommend the AREIA or also known as AIA Club. There are many landlords in this association.

@Ikyma Thomas, I really couldn't tell you off the top of my head how long I've been a member of this site...but it has been a while. I started out by just joining and being a free member and learned as much as I could until I saw a need to upgrade.  I can now upload, download as many documents as I wish and can market properties and services in the marketplace.

Although I've upgraded, I'm still a newbie and still learning.  This is a great place to learn and to network as well as the AREIA that I just recently joined.
