Hello,

My name is Noel George and I live in Houston, Texas. I am 29 years old and I currently manage my family's restaurant. I am currently taking the required courses to be eligible to take my real estate agent licensing examination. I am trying to learn as much as possible before investing in my first property. I want to try to learn about buy and hold rental properties and getting a rental property with positive cash flow. I would also like to learn how to fix and flip houses. I like learning about real estate & am enthusiastic about joining the Bigger Pockets community. I just started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast and I am glad to be joining this forum. I look forward to being involved on the forums and welcome any advice you have for me. Thanks for taking the time to read my first post!
