I went to the free 2-3 hour meeting, was going to go to the 3 day seminar for $197, but didn't. I'm one of those penny pinchers and I have my reasons... If you think it will add value to your business and arsenal of knowledge, then go for it. Only you can make that decision for yourself. I try to go to as many paid/unpaid meetings/seminars as possible because you may learn that one thing or hear something again to reiterate what you need to get your momentum going.
Would I pay the $10k-$40k for the real estate education? No because most of what I listened to in the 2-3 hour meeting and what was going to be presented in the 2-3 day seminar, I learned over the last 20+ years. They may have the systems in place and you could probably do things quicker with their systems. Not a lot of people can afford to do it that way, however some people can. It's basically up to you. I learned most of my knowledge through reading books by Robert Allen, Robert Kyosaki, etc...reading articles on the internet, posts, forums, podcasts here on BP and interacting with the folks from the REIA.
