I had planned on buying a pretty big bulk order for the savings of it. Changing the look hadn't occurred to me though so I might have to negate the savings in order to get the fresh appeal I need. Thanks!

I haven't ever really had any negative or condescending answers here. I'm usually pretty apprehensive about asking questions because a lot of times I never receive any answers to my questions. I felt it was because people didn't want to give up the game on a business they had to learn the hard way through. I understood that as well.

I stopped really posting questions for the most part after I didn't get responses. I have on occasion pm'ed a colleague and asked them if they could reply to it which they graciously did, but for the most part I looked really hard around the net to find those answers instead of posting them here anymore.

I knew nobody owed me a response and that it was up to me how bad I wanted it if I really wanted answers. But pertaining to Will's thread, I'm mostly apprehensive about asking questions out of fear of just being ignored lol.

Thats exactly what I was referring to thank you. Originally I had planned on farming the areas once a month, but twice a month seems more reasonable to keep my campaign fresh on their minds. Thank you for the feedback Will!

So I've just about got everything ready to go aside from a few minor loose ends (web designer) which will be done soon. I was just curious how often you farm your areas frequency wise. I'm starting off with post cards and a few other strageies and was thinking of doing it once a month but I'm not sure if this would be to frequent. Any thoughts or examples on what has worked best for you? Thanks!

I might be wrong, and if so I hope someone corrects me. It sounds like he's doing a double close. Maybe he has a nice sized profit lined out and doesn't want the end buyer to know and is either using his money or transactional funding to orchestrate the deal. He could have any reason for doing the double close as opposed to assigning the contract. Like I said, take my word with a grain of salt. Someone else probably has a better idea.

I tried googling several different keyphrases of this question many times and cannot even get anything close to it. Is there an average or do all subdivisions differ widely in their amount? Thanks!

Just noticed title typo. Meant average* sorry.

Supposing you wanted to find out if any big companies were going to be moving to your city, and maybe even what part, is there a way you could go about finding out without even having a particular company name in mind?

I had been out of the loop for a while and I am aware of the new BP interface. Before when I went to the article base all of the articles were split up by category. Now I just see recent articles, top authors, and top articles. How do you get back to the categories. I'm sure this is a no brainer but I'm lost :D
