Yea, i thought the same thing, I was wondering what others would do. I have no place for it or the money to get it from point A to Point B. Moving the home would certainly cost probably $15k, I saw it and thought hmm. but not wanting to invest such a deal at this point of my career. But it does get a mind thinking, only because the house I live in now was moved to this property, built in the 40's, all wood floors, pretty sound and stylish, but this deal would be for someone who has plenty of money and time on their hands to possibly make a move and profit from it in the short term if they are creative lol.

Awesome advise
Does the properties have garages? is the property on a Cul-de-sac? personally I have an expensive car, I wouldn't rent or buy in an area that has parking spots, been there done that and almost went to war with people leaning on my ride and such, but it is an issues that should be taken care of. I like the insurance side of it, then go to my car take pictures when he is watching that is priceless and I am sure the problem will be solved.

Good luck in whatever you decide, and like some of us newbies, I wish I was in your shoes, owning properties and such, minus the headaches. Keep your chin up, and listen to what these guys are telling you. for me? I would be happy to just have the mortgage paid for with no cashflow, if it pays off in my retirement. I would raise the rent, add incentives. After a year of renting my house and no missed payments, I would make an offer of something small that they will think is big, on getting them to produce a good rental payment history for the next year. I know, some of you will say Boo! but anyway, keep your chin up, this will pass, I agree with getting a PM for a year and let them deal with it, but try to figure out a way to improve the situation as well.
Good Luck Guy!
