Hi my name is Jeff Lipple.  I wholesale properties in Oakland county, Macomb county, Wayne county and Kalamazoo county Michigan.  Mostly in Metro Detroit, but I've owned rentals and am flipping a property out in the Kalamazoo area.  I wanted to reintroduce myself.  I bought my first investment property in 2013.  Since then I recently left my 9-5 to start wholesaling full time this past May.  Bigger Pockets is a huge reason as to how I was able to do that!  I have learned so much from their forums, blogs and podcasts.  Unfortunately I haven't been a very active member.  Not being tied up for 50+ hours on non real estate work now.  I hope to give back to this community that has done so much for me!  If there is any way that I may be able to help you, please let me know.

Wow @Michael B. Awesome insight! I really like the steam roller analogy. And as someone who played a lot of poker in college I can really relate to the long term grind aspect (although you may play your cards right you'll win some and lose some along the way. If you keep on grinding and making the right calls you win more than you lose and continue to build your bank roll over time).
