I see a lot of newbies will drop out because profits will be less then what the market is use to. Most investors need to adjust to the fact that you cant get 25 to 35% equity position anymore. BS73, If we had investors from chicago, business would still be good. Most of the investors here still want their cake and cookie too. Now the housing market value is droping
in Atlanta, and everyone except the expeirenced investor is still looking for that one deal to get rich quick. I still get properties were investors can make 30 to 50k ARV. But they are use to making much more which makes these other properties less inviting.
