Seven years old and thinking about making money. Yea, your going to be alright. You plan to do your investing in Mobile. My son and his girl freind live in tuscaloosa they both played sports for UA (football and softball) now they plan to open a girls softball training facility. you guys have a very nice state.

Welcome to the forum. I use to advertise VA refi's in NC and boy did I get a great return. But, this is when the rates were 3.5% on a 3 yr adjustable.

Just like the Webber said, sign your name then as/or assigns put your buyer's name. As long as you the seller and the buyer are in agreement why would you need an atty except for closing (In Georgia we use Attorneys to close) so its always good to meet the atty and find out their specialty. If you have a problem with writing the contract some realtors will charge $250 to $500 to type it up for you and put the necessary terminology in the special stips area. This way you have one contract and all the info you need for the next deal. Walla! :roll:

Yea, You had me until you mentioned the credit part. The last time they just qualified you on property alone was in the days when people used
horses for transportation. Know this was when your word and a hand shake ment something. 8)
