NEWBIE from So Cal... i need YOUR advice!

Hello everyone, My name is Amir Tadros and I am from SO CAL (Los Angeles County) and would LOVE to get started in real estate investment. I currently work as an agent for Century 21, and love networking. I am curious as to what are the necessary steps to getting started in RE investment, how to get about foreclosure, and lastly I am SO interested in flipping houses. Now let me make a point before I post this topic, I already read several books and am VERY MOTIVATED :superman: . I would also love to attend my local REI club, but don't know how to find one. Please help. Thanks
