The lender decides if they want a full inspection appraisal or a drive by.

If the property has a lot of upgrades, or otoh is in poor condition, they should not be requesting a driveby.

They’re all large Catholic Churches so I don’t know how expensive it would be to repurpose them.

Depends if you need an exorcism.

Nice work, OP. ;>)

You are not the appraisers client nor an intended user of the appraisal. They cannot talk to you about it. You need to talk to the lender.

You will need comps that are more similar then the ones in the appraisal and/or some compelling logic to support your idea of the value. If you just throw a bunch of junk on the wall and hope it sticks........ Don't bother.

I don't think I've ever seen an inflatable pool that was 2 feet deep. Maybe it could happen.

Doubtful it would be an improvement to the property. Unless it is built in and permanently attached it's personal property.

Sewer pipe repairs are the worst problem you can have. It adds no value to the property.

Yeah, but if sewage backs up into the house your value will get hammered in a hurry.

@Brian Burnham

That was my past life bill collector talking.

He says keep after them. The older a bill gets, the less chance of collecting.

The Devil on his shoulder says your chief weapons are fear, guilt, and shame.

The angel mumbles about regulations.

Good luck.

Whirlpool had good reliability ratings from Consumer Reports when we bought ours, in 2012. So, dated info. The only problem has been the icemaker. Stove. micro, dishwasher have been great.

See what the competish is doing.

45 days was what was stated in the contract.

That was 8 months ago? You should have started to push at least 6 months ago.

Good luck getting paid.
