@Jerel Davis I agree with Mike. There are many people who work from home that are not considered "Essential" Non essential workers can have good stable income. You may be eliminating a lot of very qualified tenants. 

Also in some areas "source of income" is considered a protected class for fair housing laws. This could potentially cause you legal problems.
