Seeking guests for a new podcast/webinar where we will help investors create a detailed plan for their real estate investing on the podcast/webinar.

The real estate investor guest will fill out a basic questionnaire asking for some details about their investing plan so you have it all in front of you for the recording and creating of your plan.

On the webinar, we will help create the plan for you using our Real Estate Financial Planner™ software and walk you through the very detailed results.

If you're interested in being a guest and have us create a real estate financial plan with you for free, please reach out to me via private message.

For an example of what the planning software can do, here's a three video example (links to video 2 and 3 are on the page below):

We will be launching a new podcast and website dedicated to analyzing real estate deals. Looking for guests to get on a screen share and walk us through how you analyze a property.

Then, I'll post the audio on the new podcast and post the video of the screen share to a new website.

Looking for people of all experience levels and analyzing real estate deals of all types to get a feeling for how people do deal analysis, what they look at, what they use for their assumptions and why, what tools/spreadsheets/software they use, what makes a deal a deal for them, etc.

If you're interested, please send reply or send me a message and I will coordinate scheduling a screen share for the recording.

I'm open to investors, agents, lenders and others sharing how they do their property analysis.

Post: How to Invest $100K - Detailed Financial Plans

James OrrPosted

If you're looking to learn more about how to invest $100K, then check out this epic blog post using the Real Estate Financial Planner™ software.

https://realestatefinancialplanner.com/how-to-invest-100k/

In the blog post, you will see how investing $100K in a variety of different investments may perform with detailed financial plans for each different investing strategy.

Plus, you can customize the strategy to change any of the assumptions. Don't like the stock market rate of return we assumed? No problem... change it.

Don't like the rental property purchase price, interest rate, rent, appreciation or rent appreciation (or any of the other assumptions)? Again... no problem... just change them and run it again.

Want to see what happens if we see a real estate market decline while buying rentals? No problem!

You can do all of this and much, much more. Check out the epic article posted above and please leave a comment with feedback so we can make it even better.

Thank you!

I am interested to see if this blog post is good for the following cities: New York,Los Angeles,Chicago,Houston,Phoenix,Philadelphia,San Antonio,San Diego,Dallas,San Jose,Austin,Jacksonville,Fort Worth,Columbus,San Francisco,Charlotte,Indianapolis,Seattle,Denver,Washington,Boston,El Paso,Detroit,Nashville,Portland,Memphis,Oklahoma City,Las Vegas,Louisville,Baltimore,Milwaukee,Albuquerque,Tucson,Fresno,Mesa,Sacramento,Atlanta,Kansas City,Colorado Springs,Miami,Raleigh,Omaha,Long Beach,Virginia Beach,Oakland,Minneapolis,Tulsa,Arlington,Tampa,New Orleans,Wichita,Cleveland,Bakersfield,Aurora,Anaheim,Honolulu,Santa Ana,Riverside,Corpus Christi,Lexington,Stockton,Henderson,Saint Paul,St. Louis,Cincinnati,Pittsburgh,Greensboro,Anchorage,Plano,Lincoln,Orlando,Irvine,Newark,Toledo,Durham,Chula Vista,Fort Wayne,Jersey City,St. Petersburg,Laredo,Madison,Chandler,Buffalo,Lubbock,Scottsdale,Reno,Glendale,Gilbert,Winston–Salem,North Las Vegas,Norfolk,Chesapeake,Garland,Irving,Hialeah,Fremont,Boise,Richmond,Baton Rouge,Spokane,Des Moines,Tacoma,San Bernardino,Modesto,Fontana,Santa Clarita,Birmingham,Oxnard,Fayetteville,Moreno Valley,Rochester,Glendale,Huntington Beach,Salt Lake City,Grand Rapids,Amarillo,Yonkers,Aurora,Montgomery,Akron,Little Rock,Huntsville,Augusta,Port St. Lucie,Grand Prairie,Columbus,Tallahassee,Overland Park,Tempe,McKinney,Mobile,Cape Coral,Shreveport,Frisco,Knoxville,Worcester,Brownsville,Vancouver,Fort Lauderdale,Sioux Falls,Ontario,Chattanooga,Providence,Newport News,Rancho Cucamonga,Santa Rosa,Oceanside,Salem,Elk Grove,Garden Grove

This FREE 240-page book on how to achieve financial independence and retire early (FIRE) with an emphasis on real estate includes chapters on:

- What it takes to FIRE with just stocks, just bonds, stocks and bonds

- The impact of various savings rates on your ability to hit your FIRE number

- Buying rentals with little or nothing down or receiving gifts for down payments

- Buying properties as a Nomad™ with just 5% down and converting them (eventually) to rentals

- The math behind should you pay off your properties early? Which ones? How? And what impact that has for hitting FI/RE.

- The math behind buying more properties than you need and selling off some to pay off the others to hit FIRE faster than you imagined possible.

- The math behind house hacking or getting a side hustle on your ability to hit your financial independence number

Plus... the book gives you the ability to change any of my assumptions to see how the plans apply to your specific, unique situation.

I am super curious to see how folks from various cities change the assumptions to model the properties from their cities. Please post and share your own results to BP and other forums to start discussions and spread the word.

Thanks and I hope you all enjoy the free book:
