Seeking Financial Advisor with specialty in RE investing

I'm interested in pursuing real estate investing as a path to financial freedom, but my husband doesn't know much about it and he thinks it sounds too risky. I'd like to find a professional financial advisor who is also a real estate investor themselves who can advise us about the pros and cons of real estate investing, how the returns compare to stock market, what the risks are, etc. If you know someone who can offer this type of consulting (or you can), please reach out to me.
