@Danny Randazzo... I'd love that. Do you have the link to my calendar to be able to book yourself on a date and time that works for you/us to do the recording?

Looking forward to recording it with you.

OK... finally got a rough draft of the info page for "deal analyzers" looking to be on the new podcast as a guest. This is what I've been sending to the people that have inquired.

I just put together a "first pass" info page for the new podcast here:

    https://realestatefinancialplanner.com/analyzing-deals-podcast-guest/

There is a link to schedule the time to do the recording on that page as well.

If you see anything I should tweak/improve please let me know. This is all new to me, so obviously still trying to figure out the process.

    Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon... I haven't watched the game yet so don't tell me how the Broncos are doing/did.

In the meantime... I've been emailing a few folks you inquired and here's what I have been telling them.

I am finally emerging from holiday mode and did a little work to throw together a first draft of the page of info for the new RE financial plan podcast.

Here's some info of the info we'll need you to have gathered so we can do the plan together on a screen share and a link to schedule a time that works for you.

Thank you... looking forward to doing these.

@James Wise... thanks James. Still in "holiday" mode, but will try to start catching up this weekend. Do you want to switch to email and we can start to coordinate scheduling a time to do the screen share? Thank you in advance.

Happy Thanksgiving! @Troy Gandee... I do a weekly podcast for my local real estate brokerage as well in Northern Colorado. Like yours, that one really is intended to be local in our small town of about 150,000 people, but it seems like we're getting a growing number of listeners in other cities too (which I find a little strange since it is local focused).

I am launching two new... more national audience... podcasts in addition to the local one for our brokerage in 2020 (one for how different people analyze deals and one that creates real estate financial plans for folks in various markets). Maybe you want to be on both since they're totally different topics.

I'd totally be open to collaborate on something. Maybe we do a recording together and each publish it to our podcasts or something.

Let's move this to email if that's alright with you. Can you see my email in my signature or is that hidden?
