@Randall E Collins I was talking about a software with multiple numbers, I don’t want to mix business and personal life under my main number. I’ve been informed that “Batch Dialer” and “Mojo Dialer” is a very great software to use. Thanks for the reply, maybe you misinterpreted what I was saying!

What’s the ideal amount of cold calls I should make a day? And how long did it take for you all to get your first deal? I just wanna see some motivational posts.

I know when you acquire a fix and flip you can get money for the purchase and rehab from a hard money lender, I know they make you come with at least ten to twenty percent down so you can have some skin in the game. To avoid bringing any of my own money into the deal, what’s the best way to find a private money lender?
