Private money lender
I know when you acquire a fix and flip you can get money for the purchase and rehab from a hard money lender, I know they make you come with at least ten to twenty percent down so you can have some skin in the game. To avoid bringing any of my own money into the deal, what’s the best way to find a private money lender?
