I have a little problem, I have enough money for a down payment on a property, but I don’t have enough money for a complete rehab. Is there any way that I can acquire money for a rehab? Like loans for rehab purposes?

What’s the best way to come up with money for a rehab for a rental property? Any loans I can get for repairs on a rental to make it move in ready? I have a property in mind that I have a down payment for, but I don’t have the extra money for the full rehab? Any comments will be extremely helpful!

What’s the best things to ask before investing into a rental property? I’m currently about to buy my first rental property but I want to avoid any hidden bumps.

What’s the best to get money for rehabbing a rental? Should I use a hard money lender?

I have fair credit and it is building consistently, what loan type should I get if I can put 20% down on a property? And should I get a conventional loan?

I have fair credit and it is building fairly fast. I’m saving money for a down payment on my first rental property, but I was wondering what’s the best loan to get? What’s the best loan length for me also? Should I go with a 30 year loan?
