I'm sorry to hear your new. I agree with Adrian, as this is a small claims court action.

Take a minute and google Landlord Tenant Laws for guidance and also "skip trace" service that will find these people. Then prepare your claim (with photos) and serve the papers on the person. After you get a favorable judgement , you could take it to a collection agency and see what developes. Do you have Insurance to cover the repairs??

Good Luck

They  are a rp off firm. Takes money and disappears. I'm speaking on personl experience so I don't think I have to tread lightly. Also ripped off another proeprty owner in the Mid West. Caveat Emptor  beware.

Hi Jason

Well Jason, I'm not a big fan of realtors. However if you bought a property that was brought to you from a Realtor, he could make a claim that they were the Procuring Party and make a case for a commision. Not saying they would do that, but they could do so. I don't know all the facts other than your post information.

Agreed,my team works very hard to find deals and we deliver a product for a price that makes the client a profit. I am now putting up my wholessale deals on a auction basis so the buyer can work thier own numbers and put thier best foot forward. Saves alot of haggeling on price and everyone is happy.

Great Job
