Anyone renting houses in Bellingham Area?

Have a seller who I bought a house in Shelton WA. She is looking to make a move to Bellingham area. Anyone knows of people who have rent to own or rental houses/apartment etc in the area let me know. Trying to help her make the move.

    Hi, we have a house in Bellingham that is coming available I think the first week of December and we're having an open house this weekend on Sunday. It's about 6 years old, 3br/3ba, 1400sq feet, attached 2 car garage, $1500. Message me back if she's interested.
