Legal recourse against tenant that did damage and left
Hello friends,
I have some tenants that left my rental with a fair amount of damage. They left without contacting me and or paying last month rent. I have copies of their drivers licenses and social security numbers. Should I try to sue them? If so, who should I hire to help me?
Thanks,
Gabe

How much damage? For amounts less than $5k you can do small claims court.
