@Sendil Thangavelu Did you happen to use a real estate agent for the purchase? You should be able to call them and they should have some good contacts for you.  If not, maybe show up at Lowe's/Home Depot at 6 am to see who/what contractors are there purchasing supplies?

@Jacob Beg I know some people find their contractors at Home Depot/Lowe's at 6am .... seriously!  lol  They show up for work, they aren't hung over, they have ethic/drive.... or at least all more likely to.  

@Janet Balian What state are you trying to work/assign in?

@Joey Gorombey What types of fees and policies are you particularly interested in?  I'd start with the city website maybe https://www.leavenworthks.org/.  Or if you have a local real estate agent, they may have some help/ways to point you.  Are you military or just interested in a military base town?

@Vincent Pollitto There's a couple of threads on them, maybe you could follow up with some of the original posters and ask them how the deal turned out? Worth a shot!  Also, you could do ask your real estate agent if they have any good lending contacts, you could probably get a non-conforming loan with a local bank.

@Brente Hurt Go to Home Depot or Lowe's at 6am and see who is there...they are the ones who are working!  You could also call your real estate agent and ask them who they recommend.  They should have several.
